EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR VENDOR LISTING – FY 2083/84
Background
Youth Initiative, a youth-focused organization committed to empowering young people through programs and community engagement, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced vendors/suppliers for inclusion in its vendor roster for the fiscal year Baisakh 1, 2083 to Chaitra 30, 2083.
Interested vendors are encouraged to apply for one or more of the categories listed below.
Categories of Goods and Services
Eligible vendors may apply for the following categories:
·Stationery Supplies: Supply of office stationery, consumables, and related materials
·Office Equipment & IT Hardware: Supply of laptops, printers, projectors, UPS, photocopy machines, toner/cartridges, and other related IT equipment
·Furniture & Fixtures: Supply and installation of office furniture, fixtures, and furnishing items
·Audit Firm: Provision of statutory audit services for Fiscal Year 2082/83
·Printing & Designing Services: Printing, publishing, branding, and graphic design services as required
·Transportation Services: Provision of transportation services for goods and materials
·Media, Promotion & Production Services: Advertising and promotional services, including audio-visual production, branding, and supply of promotional materials such as bags, jackets, T-shirts, mugs, souvenirs, and other related items
Interested vendors must submit the following documents:
Company profile
Copy of valid company registration certificate
Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate
Latest tax clearance certificate
Submission Procedures
Vendors are requested to submit their Expression of Interest through the bigyapansewa.com portal.
Submission Deadline
All applications must be submitted no later than:15 Baisakh 2083
Important Notes
Incomplete or late submissions may not be considered.
Submission of an EOI does not guarantee inclusion in the vendor roster.
Youth Initiative reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason and to make the final selection decision.
