Call For Proposal Production of Organizational Documentation Video
Background
Youth Initiative is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people through innovative programs, community engagement, and advocacy. To showcase its impact, achievements, and ongoing initiatives, Youth Initiative intends to produce a high-quality organizational documentation video.
In this regard, proposals are invited from qualified and experienced firms, production houses, or independent professionals for the assignment.
Objective of the Assignment
The main objective is to produce a professional documentary-style video (maximum 5 minutes) that highlights:
Organizational background and vision
Key programs and interventions
Impact stories and achievements
Testimonials from beneficiaries and stakeholders
Future goals and outreach
Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be responsible for:
Concept development and storyboard preparation
Script writing in coordination with Youth Initiative
Field visits, videography, and interviews
Voice-over recording (if required)
Video editing, graphics, subtitles, and background music
Delivery of final video in high-resolution digital format
Deliverables
One final edited video (maximum 5 minutes)
One short version (1–2 minutes) for social media use
Raw footage
Eligibility Criteria
Interested applicants must:
Have proven experience in documentary/video production
