3. Terms and Conditions

Sample Requirement: Supplier may be required to provide a sample before final printing
Payment Terms: Payment will be made after successful delivery and approval of goods
Documentation: Suppliers must submit company profile, VAT/PAN registration, and latest tax clearance certificate
