Expression of Interest For Consultants, Trainers, and Service Providers
 
1. Background
Sipshala Institute is a Kathmandu-based professional training and consultancy organization dedicated to enhancing human resource capacity, research, and organizational development across multiple sectors. The institute provides services in training, research, documentation, profiling, and public communication to government, non-government, and private sector institutions.
 
To strengthen its pool of experts and service providers, Sipshala Institute invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified individuals, firms, and organizations for collaboration on a need basis.
 
2. Areas of Engagement
Interested companies may apply for one or more of the following areas:

  • Training of Trainers (ToT)
  • Youth Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programs
B. Research & Assessment
  • Baseline, Mid-term, and End-line Surveys
  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
  • Need Assessment and Impact Assessment
C. Documentation & Content Development
  • Project Proposal Writing
  • Concept Notes and Reports
  • Database Development
D. Profiling & Consultancy
  • Institutional and Community Profiling
  • Entrepreneurship Opportunity Mapping
  • Policy and Strategic Planning Support
E. Communication & Public Imaging
  • Website Design and Digital Content Development
  • Publication (Bulletins, Reports, IEC Materials)
  • Branding and Communication Strategy
 
3. Eligibility Requirements
Interested companies must meet the following requirements:
  • Company Profile
  • Expert Relevant academic qualification, professional experience and CV
  • Proven experience in the applied area(s)
  • Copies of registration and VAT/PAN documents
 
 
4. Submission Procedures
Applicants are requested to submit their Expression of Interest including all required documents via bigyapansewa.com.
 
5. Application Deadline
EOIs will be accepted on a rolling basis; however, priority consideration will be given to applications received within 15 days of publication of this notice.

  • Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for assignment-specific engagements.
  • Sipshala Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
