1. Introduction
IFCC Nepal invites applications from qualified, experienced, and legally registered suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, and service providers for inclusion in its Vendor Listing.
The purpose of this listing is to establish a pool of reliable vendors to support the procurement of goods and services for ongoing and upcoming projects implemented by IFCC Nepal.
2. Scope of Vendor Registration
Interested vendors may apply under one or more of the following categories, clearly indicating their areas of expertise:
2.1 Supply of Goods
Vendors engaged in the supply of goods may include, but are not limited to:
  • Office supplies (stationery, printing materials, consumables)
  • Office equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, accessories)
  • Furniture and fixtures
  • Electrical and electronic items
  • Cleaning and sanitation materials
2.2 Service Provision
Service providers may apply for one or more of the following services:
A. Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Services
  • Baseline studies, surveys, and assessments
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) services
  • Policy research and analysis
  • Data collection, analysis, and report writing
  • Institutional and organizational assessments
B. Training, Capacity Building & Governance Services
  • Design and delivery of training programs and workshops
  • Facilitation of capacity-building sessions for staff, communities, or stakeholders
  • Governance and institutional strengthening programs
  • Anti-corruption, transparency, and accountability training
  • Leadership and management development training
  • Community engagement and participatory planning workshops
4. Required Documents
Interested vendors must submit the following documents:
  1. Completed Vendor Registration Form
  2. Company/Firm Registration Certificate
  3. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
  4. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
  5. Company profile and relevant past experience
  6. Copy of citizenship of proprietor/authorized person
5. Application Submission Procedure
  • Applications must be submitted through the official portal: bigyapansewa.com
  • Applicants must ensure all required documents are uploaded correctly and completely.
6. Deadline for Submission
All applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication, during official office hours. Late submissions will not be considered.
7. Evaluation and Selection
  • Applications will be reviewed based on compliance with the required documents and eligibility criteria.
  • IFCC Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • Inclusion in the vendor list does not automatically guarantee contract award or procurement engagement.
