1. Introduction
IFCC Nepal invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced printing firms for the supply of custom-designed table calendars for organizational use.

3. Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for:
  • Designing the calendar layout based on provided content/theme
  • Printing with high-quality color output
  • Providing two sample proofs for approval before final printing
  • Ensuring durable binding and finishing suitable for desk use
  • Timely delivery to IFCC Nepal office
 
4. Required Documents
Interested vendors must submit:
  1. Company/Firm Registration Certificate
  2. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
  3. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
  4. Company profile and relevant printing experience
  5. Sample of previous printing works
 
5. Submission of Quotation
  • All quotations must be submitted in a sealed format, along with sample(s) of similar printed work, at the following location.

  • Incomplete or improperly submitted quotations will not be considered for evaluation.
 
6. Deadline for Submission
All quotations must be submitted within 7 days from the date of publication during office hours. Late submissions will not be accepted.
 
7. Evaluation and Award
  • Selection will be based on quality, compliance with specifications, and competitive pricing.
  • IFCC Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without providing any reason.
  • Only shortlisted vendors may be contacted for clarification or sample approval.
