Re-Notice for Consultant Hiring

(Only Sealed Quotation will be accepted) 

Samagra Jana-Utthan Kendra, Lahan, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, invites qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals for conducting training on Child, Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM), child protection, leadership, advocacy, and SRHR for Adolescent Clubs under the “Ujjwal Bhawishya (Bright Future)” Project in Siraha District.

The consultant will facilitate 5-day training programs for 20 Adolescent Clubs in Arnama and Aurahi Rural Municipalities from July to September 2026.

Required Qualifications:

• The consultant team must include at least 6 facilitators (Gender inclusive), comprising 3 Lead Facilitators and 3 Co-facilitators.
• Experience in conducting training related to Child, Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM), Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), child protection, and adolescent empowerment. 
• Strong facilitation and report-writing skills 
• Experience in child-friendly and gender-sensitive approaches 
• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields 

Proposal Submission:

• Financial Proposal 
• Updated CV/Profile of Lead and Co-lead consultants
• Relevant experience documents

Submission Deadline:

Interested applicants are requested to submit their proposal (Technical and Financial separately) in the sealed envelope within the June 15, 2026 at Samagra Jan-Utthan Kendra, Lahan (Through Courier or Physically)
