Nepal Development Initiative (NEDI), in partnership with Good Shepherd International Foundation (GSIF), invites sealed quotations from eligible, registered, and experienced Event Management Companies/Firms for the provision of Event Management and Logistic Support Services for the “Social Entrepreneurship Summit 2026”.

The event is scheduled to be held on 25–26 May 2026 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.

Scope of Services:

The selected firm will be responsible for:

• Audio-Visual (AV) system setup and management
• Sound system and LED screen installation
• Stage, tent, and backdrop arrangement
• Chairs, tables, and venue setup
• Canteen/catering coordination
• Event logistics and on-site operational support
• Any other related services required for the successful execution of the event

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested firms must submit:

• Company Registration Certificate
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable)
• Relevant experience in similar events
• Detailed financial quotation/proposal
