The Nepal Development Initiative (NEDI), in partnership with the Good Shepherd International Foundation Nepal (GSIF Nepal), is currently implementing the project “Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship” (Project No: NEDI/SE/2025–28/06). This project requires the services of a qualified consulting firm or a team of individuals to perform the consultancy work for Developing Knowledge Products on Responsible Business and Human Rights as described in this document.
In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following:
  1. The Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignments described above;
  2. The Vendor Registration Form.
Scope Overview:
The consultant will be responsible for researching and developing a practical knowledge product for social enterprises in Nepal, producing factsheets/briefing papers on Business and Human Rights (BHR), and providing the technical evidence base for policy advocacy with government stakeholders.
