Nepal's small businesses play a critical role in the country's economy. However, many of these businesses still rely on traditional marketing methods and face challenges in leveraging digital tools to reach a larger customer base, especially in the post-pandemic era. As a solution, this proposal aims to support small businesses by enhancing their digital presence, enabling them to engage with customers more effectively through various online platforms.
Project Objective:
The objective of this project is to develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that enables small businesses in Nepal to improve their online visibility, optimize their operations, and increase sales through digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
Scope of Work:
The project will cover the following areas:
1. Digital Presence Development:
- Website Creation: Design and development of a user-friendly, mobile-responsive website for each small business.
- Social Media Setup: Set up and optimize social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to reach the target audience.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy:
SEO Optimization: Enhance the website’s visibility on search engines through keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies.
- Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar with blog posts, social media updates, and email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
- Paid Ads Campaigns: Design and execute Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns tailored to each business’s needs.
3. E-Commerce Integration:
- Online Store Setup: Implement e-commerce functionality to allow businesses to sell their products/services online.
- Payment Gateway Integration: Integrate secure online payment methods (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, and other local payment gateways).
4. Capacity Building and Training:
- Training for Business Owners: Provide training sessions on digital marketing tools, e-commerce management, and customer engagement.
